I absolutely loved my stay! The outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by vibrant gardens, making it a perfect place to relax. My room had a stunning view right over the pool, and the comfortable bed made for a perfect night's sleep.

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Bacalar.
Unfortunately, I faced a few irritating issues. The air conditioner in my room was leaking onto the bed, creating an uncomfortable situation. I reported this to the staff, but their response was lackluster, as they just acknowledged it without any follow-up. Additionally, the bathroom felt too basic and had a significant number of gnats, which detracted from my overall experience.

I just had a fantastic stay! The spacious King Room was a delight, featuring a comfy bed and a well-functioning AC. The pool area surrounded by beautiful gardens offered perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. Plus, the location is ideal, only a 5-minute stroll to the lagoon. Definitely a great find!

Our stay was awesome with a cool rooftop pool and a delicious breakfast that included fresh fruit and eggs.
